She obviously got confused. I had one the other day where they refunded me the whole of the shopping which was about £12, then gave me the £2.40 DTD as well. I should only have had the £2.40 DTD but got back nearly £15 and my shopping free, and that was done by the manager so didnt say anything as he's hardly going to get the sack;) :rotfl:
