You don't have to physically have the tax disc in you car before you can drive it..if you have paid for it, you are taxed and will not flag up on any police checks etc..

Thanks for the info:) and the link:D
Unfortunatley we can't as we only applied for a new one after the old one had expired, so it doesnt apply to us, does it? or am i just being thick? :o

"When you apply for a tax disc online or by using DVLA's phone service you are able to legally continue to drive your vehicle for up to 5 days after the tax disc has expired while you wait for the new tax disc to arrive. This will only apply when you have applied for a new tax disc before the current one expires. You should continue to display the expired disc on your vehicle, until the new one arrives"

You have paid for it, you're taxed, you are fine to drive.

No electricals found but there is a 2 burner Campingaz Kitchen - sel around £35 i think but scans at £5.50. Only one left as I bought one.
Also, all the Rolson tools are scanning between 75p and £1.25! some good stuff if you need that kind of thing.
Also got the Tesco value tent for £3.50 and some Padded lap trays for £2.10
Oh and the gas cartridges for the camping kitchens are 99p, though the lady at the till said some are scanning at 49p so check the barcodes.
    This was at Cr0ss P0int C0v3ntry

I've told you before - X point is mine :rotfl:

Incidentally still 3 x Braun 3-330 electric razors on the shelf @ £15. Never worth £90 or £50 for that matter. You can pick 'em up for £30, so £15 is still a good price. As I said £15 is a good price and there are 3 on the shelf.

If anyone also goes down the Aisle with the bulbs and the dustbins, all the Rolson tools are down there at 75% off.

Robinson's barley deal not working in this store. Didn't try the £5 meal DTD.
  • Ok, I don't want to suggest anyone boycotts Mr T, but I got a breadmaker from Mr S for £11.39 this evening. Don't tell Mr T though
