Morning everyone, another passing visit!!!!
I love following your life stories on here, (they make me feel human and oddly normal, :D) as well as the giggles I get…… :rotfl:

Czerniacha I’ll 3rd the good luck with the interviews!

Caz2703 you’ll be fine and do a fab job. At the end of it you’ll be able can look back and be proud of what YOU have achieved…… I know, I have had 14 years bringing up my DS completely alone from before day 1….. he now has an ambition to join the police, and has already started his public services qualifications…… I really hope it happens as I will feel like I am the proudest Mum in the world the day I see him in his uniform.

Toni, enjoy them meals, the day will come that you and the others will be cooking for your Mum… bet you’ll look forward to that Eileen, especially if you’ve passed down some of your yummy recipes.

Oh, just to stay on topic…… Happy shopping at Mr T’s everyone…. Keep the info coming, we need more glitches again!!! Hope I find some sugar, perfect for next years jam making...... bet I won't though! :o

No one can cook like me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Btw,Toni`s sister is her now with my six week old grandaughter, looks like I will be cuddling the baby and DD2 with be cooking for me tonight....:T

    Cattysmum: congratulations! :)
    :j:j:j

I've got bad news on the first half on my day :( My interview has been cancelled/postponed(I hope the latter) and I only learned about it when I was there :( I hope I'll get another date(the person who was to interview me wasn't there...)

So I wasted two hours of my day and I could have had more sleep as I was preparing myself last night until past midnight and got up at 7.00am :(

Oh well, I am still staying positive and I am going to the second interview in a bit... I hope that goes well as I actually hoped more for that one... :) My phone doeasn't stop ringing this week and I'm sure everything will be fine... :)

PS. I got the Kenwood smoothie2go maker a while ago for my new kitchen and I absolutely love it! It's got two perfect sized mugs that even have lids and you can take them out with you! The normal bigger sized smoothie makers are fine, but I always had too much in the end and they are hard to get clean and this one is just PERFECT. If there are any smoothie fans out there I really can't prise it enough! It's 22.97 or 27.97GBP I think and really worth the money... I'm just now enjoying my banana, strawberry and raspberry smoothie with soya milk yum! (and no, I don't or want to work for Kenwood! :rotfl: )

    G'Day all 49.gif

Well trouted today. Went shopping at my nearest T Extra this morning. Bought 2 Finest Meal Deals at a tenner each and some Roses for my Dad's grave.

Also picked up 2 packets of Walkers Sensations as I had a coupon to use for a free bag from their Facebook Game promotion. The SA said she didn't think they could accept them anymore and called for the Supervisor. The Supervisor confirmed, saying that due to abuse, they now only accepted internet coupons with a green tick on them (difficult as I've only got a mono laser printer anyway).

I pointed to the bit on the coupon which says: Coupons are unique and trackable - duplication will be detected but she was having none of it and refused to accept it.

Nearly £30 of shopping and they would not accept a perfectly valid, legit coupon for a bag of crisps!!

I am returning a Galaxy Tablet to store very shortly. I was lucky enough to get two but my OH decided he would stick with his 'stick' tablet, so gave his to DS. Therefore one redundant Xmas pressie. If anyone is interested to know the store let me know. Will wait for a few minutes before posting on the Galaxy thread.
