Have never found anything new to contribute YET...it's not through lack of trying believe me!
Anyway, finally found some babyliss hairstraighteners and took 4 of them(christmas pressies!).....left some on shelf, but in my panic and being new to this I rushed through self serve with other shopping too and didnt realise that 1 of the straighteners had a diff barcode, box looked identical grrrrrr so .....do the experts here think there is any point in trying to get a refund on the full priced one - I have all 4 on same receipt so 3 are showing at 1.84 with one showing at £17.97.....I suspect CS are going to at best offer me £1.84 as each line just says 'straightener' ....hey is was worth a try!
The search continues......I will get good at this i WILL get good at this!!!
thanks all and i hope to contribute more as I get more and more addicted!
Hello new thread :hello: Hope you don't mind me finding you as I am just a newbie at this. calmspirit, that sounds just like me :rotfl:I got a few wee toys last night, scanning at £1.50 and DD got sea monkeys for £1!! I scanned loads of other stuff but all coming up SEL or sticker price, so rewarded myself with a bottle of wine........went out to car to put stuff in back seat and dropped the back with the wine in it.....totall smashed:eek:......karma I tell you. I just feel that since the battery glitch I am being watched on CCTV thats why I kept sending my 10 year old daughter to the price scanner :rotfl:. Would like to go try the mini bottles of wine but if it doesnt work then it would be the *mortified look on face* "oh no I can't find my bank card scenario :rotfl::TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

What do people mean, when they say the crisps aren't working? do you mean the 2 for £2 isn't working so you're being really cheeky and getting DTD?
The coupons prompt for the price, btw, so don't come up at £1.45 as someone else said. If you're lucky the SA will see that the crisps were £1.75 each and put the voucher through at £1.75 when it prompts, meaning you make 50p for every 2 packets! As long as they don't notice the offer or may just put them through at £1 each!0 -

I take it peeps are meaning the discount is coming off twice & if they say it ain't working then discount only coming off once hthShop one - A vs T
Shop two - A vs W
And then repeat :j:j:j
& now add - A vs S
What the heck A vs the world :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
