Great price

I bought this last year. I don't know where they get the price of £50 from as they never sell it apart from at Christmas at the half price rate. Also the pirate ship is on the actual playmobil website for £30 and always has been, so it's slightly cheaper but not the bargain they make it out to be.

It's not the Blackbeard one. This went down to £16 earlier in the year and when I finally went for one they had peeled off all the half price stickers saying £25 and were charging £50. I think it's so they can say they were previously on sale for that price as it was only for about a week then they disappeared. Convenient that they reappear "half price" again in the run up to Christmas. They seem to be the sort of thing Tesco roll out every year in their half price toy event. This is the third year for these pirate ships.

Still cheaper than elsewhere but a little cheeky.

Last year it was the red one. This year it's a three year old one which had an RRP of £39.99 then went down to £19.99. A bit cheeky of Tesco to say it was £50.
