  • Hi Robb,

Its not a calender as such, its a snowball calculator. You go to http://www.whatsthecost.co.uk/snowball.aspx and input your debts one by one and it calculates whne your debt free date is according to how much you can pay.

Its very interesting to do it first with minimum payments - try it you may get a bit of a surprise!!!!! I have one credit card which wouldnt get paid off with min payments within 100 years!!!!

if you want to save snowballs, you need to register, but its safe to do so. just means you can retrieve them to update after a month.

good luck - try doing it

You also might want to look at these calculators which help you realise if you spend your money on certain things, what you might end up missing out on.

 According to the long term savings calculator, if I put two thirds of the money I currently shovel into debt repayments into those 12+% regular savings accounts every month & don't make any withdrawals I'll be a millionaire before I reach retirement age :D .

Shame those accounts only last for a year but theres always things like Maxi ISA's for long term I suppose.

Roll on July when I've cleared my debts & can start saving. :D
