Confirmed Amazon order never existed - what to do?

Don't know where to post this, so apologies if this is not the place.

I ordered a silver wall mounted phone on Amazon on 3rd September. Supplier was Oneclickstationery. Item late arriving so contacted supplier on 13th September who said that the item had been shipped on 5th September so wait a few more days as it had been dispatched. After a few days, contacted them again on 21st September and said still not arrived. Advised that silver phone not in stock and did I want a white one? Asked for money back, which they said would take 3-5 days to reverse. It still hasn't arrived and when I logged in to leave feedback, the option is not available to me. It's not a great deal of money - and I am not sure when they get it? On order? On 'despatch'? but they have had this for nearly a month now!

Can anyone tell me what my options are please?

i'm wondering what amazon said when you contacted them? any help?
also as it's a banking reversal it's 3-5 working days - so they still have a few days left for the money to appear
Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.
