Oak Effect PVC Windows & Double Door

Hi All,
I have been offered a number of Oak effect PVC windows and a double door from a building job and was wondering if anyone knew if they would be sellable and where to advertise them??
I was going to put them on Gumtree and maybe contact some of the salvage yards around Belfast.
The Client says they cost a fortune and if we can make some money rather than let them go to the skip.
