Anyone doing CosmeticReserchOnline Wrinkle filler serum trial?

I hope no one minds me posting this in freebies forum - but this is where I first heard about this company.

I am doing a 3 day trial of wrinkle filler serum, which ends today - but am rather confused by the questions and instructions. I have sent 2 enquiries through the website over the last few days and neither have been answered. If anyone else is doing this trial, please can you pm me and help me sort out what to do - I don't want to do the wrong thing and be 'blacklisted' - or whatever happens.
