Hi
I have got 3 CCJ'S that come out of my wages every month that i have had for ages and im sure i have paid more than i needed too.
Does anyone know how i can find out how much i have paid and how much i have left to pay i have tried contacting my employer but they cannot tell me anything due to data protection etc.
Any help would be much appreciated

CCJs are not something that just happen. Surely you have documentation from the court and the person/organisations which you owe the debt to that tell you how much you owed, etc? I'd start with that.If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0

I can't think of any data protection regulations which would prevent you having information about your own payments. However, your employer won't have the whole story anyway.
Try contacting the court which issued the CCJs.Total Debt Sept 2010 - £24,132.38 / Current - £0.00/ 100% paid

I think the point is that due to data protection, the employer won't know the details to start with - they "won't have the whole story" as you put it. They simply get told "make the following deductions" and nothing else, I think. If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0
