    So if I'm paying for a survey and want particular data from a sub set such as vegetarians , pregnant women or centenarians I can't request that as qualifying criteria.
    Your desire to perceive injustice where none exists leaves you looking like fool.

    Hey! it isn't discriminatory. I'm on two women-only panels -- that don't pay anything really... and was on a third that did pay well. Nobody complains about those.

    And many surveys I do from other companies screen by ethnicity.
