Proof of bankruptcy discharge

Hi all,
Does anyone know of any cheaper method to obtain proof of bankruptcy discharge without having to pay £65 to the courts for a piece of paper and a stamp ?
I need to inform equifax/experian that I have been discharged so that I can get a bank account with cheque book facility.
Perhaps we can take the courts to court for 'unfair charges'...
