Tuesday 27th Sept What Small DFW Things Will You Do?
When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.

But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free :money:

Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.

So be proud of those small steps, they really are important.:D

Good morning all where is everyone these days had been on computer about 30 mins waiting for someone to start the thread as worry I am taking over by keep being the first one to post !

Morning Tebheag - was just about to hit new post then I hit refresh and saw the thread!

    Thanks for starting!

    Hello everyone!

Tuesday Tuesday Tuesday - historically, a really carp day in our office - mostly I think because my colleague hates Tuesdays so everything that can go wrong, will go wrong!

So - power of positive thinking today, it will be fiiiiiiiine!

    Today I have/will:
    • Check banking
    • Check CCs
    • Check TCB
    • Ring Santander to reactivate CC online access
    • Check Ebay
    • Transfer Ebay money to CC
    • Breakfast/lunch from stores
    • Get new ID badge photo taken - trying to find a DFW-y link for this one - ah ha! With it, I get discount in a few places, as it's now expired I don't think I'd get discount!
    • Update work Facebook
    • Read OU revision guide - now sent by tutor!
    • Check all AAT homework done
    • Hopefully, fingers crossed, will get a positive quote from local courier, so start writing Ebay listings for car panels
    • LSD - will probably need to buy new parking permit for work, if the liftshare website co-operates this is, if I do, I will pop to the Range and buy knitting needles! If not, I will try for an NSD...
    • 2lts water
    • Take soup out of work freezer before I leave for it to defrost
    • Work Hard!
    • Sparkle!

That's my lot for the day I think, better get a skedaddle on as need to make lunch, dry hair and do face ready for ID photo!

    Have a good day all!

    Hello :j
Working at home today, so no boring commute, and aiming to get lots of work done and a few MS things as well in between times :T

So, today I have / will:

    Do lots of work

Get printer working. It is confused again, poor thing. It has a very small brain!

HM meals from stores, though I will definitely need to pop over to the shop and buy a new jar of coffee before long as I am running out

Finish making the tomato sauce I started last night (I have cooked down the tomatoes, and need to put them through the mouli and simmer with olive oil, salt, pepper and a little sugar)

Load of washing and line dry, if it doesn't rain - still waiting for the Indian summer everybody keeps on about to happen here!

Look in loft for the book sold on Amazon, and see if I have a jiffy bag hanging around to post it in

Pop to post office at lunch time.

Right, must get on now, look at the time
