    use them for what?

I use them as a 'home remedy' but suspect that offering information on their use would be deemed as advice which is not allowed on this forum (even if it is to keep people safe from dodgy internet advice)

Now for MS purposes I usually ask around chemists to find who can order me some in the quantities I want use - reminds me must order some more :D thanks.

Yes you can use it in a bath for relaxation it is a rich source of Magnesium. Magnesium is used by the body in the nervous system and a deficiency leads to lots of symptoms from restless legs to anxiety. Epsom salts can be used like Andrews liver salts for constipation, I believe.

Do you know if it can affect meds as absurd as that might sound!!! if you know of course.
  • Wouldn't have thought so, but ask your Pharmacist they are the experts.
  • There are many types and grades available. When using epsom salts for a bath I still prefer to use the food grade as its still going to be absorbed by your body and you can use internally. I buy mine from Health Leads - :)
These guys are really good, great high quality stuff you can trust.
