  • £1.15 today from surveys and also emptied a savings pot of £91 - don't think I'll count this though as I didn't strictly make it. What does anyone else think?

Just adding my last weekly £4 (off a £20 Sainsburys spend... at Tesco :o).
And £5 off a £50 spend at tesco Direct. I've had a ton of these and never thought I'd spend them so threw most of them away, spent 20 minutes hunting around to try and find one!

    £3.41 from folksy.

Having a really bad time with an ebay dispute, the buyer I've mentioned a few times who didn't pay for ages, tried to INR the next day and wanted to return it for a refund as soon as they got it but still hasn't returned it. They're getting nastier by the day and as much as I reassure them they'll get their money back as soon as they return it, they'd rather just keep trying to bully it out of me. I actually wish I was in a position to just let her have the refund now because another day of waking up to an inbox full of abuse is going to do me in, but I can't afford to give stuff away like that. Just having one of those days (weeks/months) where I can't really deal with it right now. Sorry for the whinge! :(

Oh, you shouldn't have to put up with that! Report them to eBay, explain everything that has happened so far and add one or two of the emails, depending on how long they are. Then email them back and tell them that you have reported them for harrassment and abusive/threatening/inappropriate emails. Tell them that you will not be providing a refund as you are under no obligation to do so, and that any further contact will be ignored, and will be forwarded on to ebay - along with her previous emails! If she is not happy about it she can email ebay instead, as you won't be responsible anymore.

I completely agree lolly i was all set to write the same sort of post to muffins and then saw you got there before me :D

As for the refund/further contact bit i would just suggest muffins add to that there are systems in place for dealing with unsatisfactory transactions on ebay and say "i would suggest you (as in the buyer) use these systems".

Also do not give in to giving a refund just to shut them up - if necessary block their email address so they can't keep annoying you :) and then block them as a buyer as well!

Try not to let them get to you Muffins :grouphug:

Hi soarsie can I ask you what zopa lending is

Hi Rosie - i lend on Zopa as well - its an account via egg where you can lend out money to other people who have applied for a loan. I have been with them for 3 years and made just over £250 in interest. It does look quite complicated at first but great once you figure it out - i can send you some info links if you want? Its a much better option than earning next to nothing on a savings account :)

    Fairy xx

Oh i forgot to say i have some money to add :D a whole £20 for mystery shopping assignments and 5p roadkill (found while on my assignments :)

Got home today to find a £10 voucher from VO and a £10 voucher from mccains, thank you very much!
    Now at £79.56/£155 :)

Do you mind if I ask how long ago you ordered your McCains voucher?
Getting very impatient about the £20 Amazon voucher we're still waiting for on my OHs account!!
Mine arrived within a few days if I remember correctly, and we've been waiting a good few weeks for his.
I know Greyhound Angel is too, and like she said before, as they are E-Code ones sent via email, it's not like they are stuck in the postal system somewhere.
    :(

Yup ... Still waiting patiently ...... or not so patiently :o But think our resident Oracle that is Aesop - mentioned they had a backlog (from when the site was down I'm guessing) so perhaps that's why

Good to see the continuing steady [STRIKE]plodding[/STRIKE] progress from the Gang :p
