  • Not too much effort by us, but a grocery delivery was late so we scooped a £10 voucher. I suppose it is the equivalent of roadkill, so I'll count it!

Takes me to over one third of the way to the target, maybe I'll try for a productive weekend!

well ive decided that as the hotel voucher is a (kinda) money win, and will most likely be used on a hotel when we go to see DH's parents at christmas, which we always do as they have a 3 bed house and with our 2 kids and our niece who lives down the road from them and always insists on sleeping up nannys when we are there, there aint much room. soooooo . . . total is £155.44 :j:

So Please OP can I up my target to £10 a day? pretty pretty please? :kisses3:

  • This is a weird one from me today... I was looking at upgrading my contract early by paying it up and then upgrading. From figures first thing this morning it would cost me £20 out of my own pocket by trading in my old phone....after lots of lies from the network and complaints from me...... they've released my upgrade date.....so now i only need to pay the bit towards the phone (by trading in) and end up between £50-£100 better off dependant on the price of the phone when I can do it (long story)

So rather than count how much I'm going to be in pocket I'm going to count the £52.50 line rental that I've saved by my network changing the date of my contract to move my date forward. :T

If I get any money back from trading in my old phone when I upgrade I'll count that then. :D

I've recycled my phone today too which is something I wouldn't have done if it wasn't for this thread so that should be £21 on it's way to me soon (if the company don't decide to not bother paying me - funny how it's done on my trust!?)

I'll update my signature when the cheque arrives (and try to stop being so cyncial!!?)

Otherwise not really much to report on the money making front
