Good solicitors in Cardiff

Hello I would be grateful if anyone could recommend a good solicitor in Cardiff who i can use for buying a home. I also generally need to know the average cost if anyone can help Thanks

Ditto. Just avoid the ones with mahogany desks, no radio, over the age of 50 etc etc etc.

We used Howells years ago though but they were very good. As everyone has said I would pick a few a get some quotes in.You laugh because I'm different - I laugh because you're all the same0

From personal experience where ever you live I wouldn't go for the BIG one's. i.e. based in the main city centre.
Go somewherel local, you know the small out of town offices. Or maybe the estate agents are pretty good they normally stick to the same solicitors or even your financial advisor ( if you had one that is )..
