Carex shower gel 500ml £1, Poundland
I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.
  • I was in Poundland today, and saw a whole shelf of different Simple products for (surprise) £1, normally twice or more the price elsewhere. But the problem is in poundland, the stock turnover is quite quick and not everything is in every poundland:(
  • Superdrug is offering the new Garnier roll ons and spray deodrants for under £1.00. They are not the newer designed ones, but these suit me better anyways!!

Family Bargains have John Frieda conditioners for £1.00 (or may be 99p - sorry I can't remember which and I've bought two!) I've seen the volume one (blue tube), two different types of brilliant brunette and two blonde (one for dark blonde and one for light blonde).
  • When I was in the Isle Of Wight, I went to the Poundland branch in Shanklin and got a L'oreal mineral blusher which is usually over £8, and an NYC concaler.

In the Bexleyheath branch I found a nice Champneys Spa cuticle oil and they had a lot of Rimmel and Revlon make up too. Amazing value!

These are usually £1.99 from most supermarkets (cheapest I ever saw them was £1.50 on offer in Wilkinsons once), but found packs of these in Fultons Food shops for £1. It says £1 Great Value on the top of them. There are 12 in a pack.

I emptied the shelf (only 4 packs) and I would have bought lots more if available in my local one as these are the best night time pads I have come across (the thick ones in the purple wrapper)
