Hi OP,
First of all, well done for facing up to facts that you need to tackle the debt.
Due to your earnings, it will not be possible for you to get a consolidation loan. And I think already you have a learnt how dangerous it is to get one, a lot of people just see the money and spend it rather than actually consolidate.
- Make sure you do not spend the £3200 you have left and put that towards one of you debts. At the top of the Debt Free Wannabe page there is a snowball calculator, this can help you work out what debts to pay off first to help you reduce your arrears quicker.
Also at the top of the page, is a link to what you may see on here, called an SOA, Statement of affairs, if you fill that out and post it, others here maybe able to help you where to make cutbacks etc.
Has your partner been part of accumulating your debts, as if so, he really needs to try harder in helping you out rather than let you struggle.
And obviously any other work you can find is also going to help you.0
