Still no OR phone call

I was told by the courts this morning that I would have a phone call an hour after leaving but I still have not received any call!
I am so nervous what do they ask?
Should I phone them?
Thanks everyone for all your advice and help through this period x :o

I would give it to much later this afternoon. Gives them time to have the BR info sent over.

Usually it's to just ask a few basic questions. Nothing to worry about in the slightest.

  • I didn't get my call until the day after court, so it just depends on how quick they receive the email. From what I was told they should contact you within two days.

  • She just wanted to confirm my name, address and other contact details.

Until they have the paperwork, your soa, it's only a call to say hello.

If you have any urgent questions/matters that need to be answered then just let them know when they call.

She explained to me what will happen next and asked if there will be any days I won't be able to do the interview and then that's it.

    Nothing to worry about:)

Really nothing to worry about Millemoo, I had my call actually at the court, lasted about 10 mins. Asked very basic questions, address, bank account info (which one I wanted to keep open etc) which water company I used (strange question), mortgage company. Basically to say hello and to give me the name of my examiner and case officer. She was very nice and jolly lol. Now just waiting for my letter from them stating when my proper interview will be. Haven't heard anything since last Monday, the date of my bankruptcy!!??
