Changing banks

Been reading payplan website etc, if we go with this and of course will have to change bank accounts as we have loan/credit card with them, do payplan change direct debt details to your new bank account or do we do that ourselves?

Our bank is TSB, hold credit card/loan/overdraft

Bf has barclays credit card

What banks can we choose from for new account, is TSB/barclays connected with anyone else?

Try Nationwide, Co-op Bank or Nat West. All do basic bank accounts with Visa Electron card plus d/ds, s/os etc. No cheque book or overdraft facility, but Nationwide will write cheques for you which can be handy.
