Be careful with Debenhams, they have sneaky ways of getting around sending out orders where you use codes you haven't been sent. A few years ago a load of us ordered stuff using a couple of codes, then we got the "dispatch" email, got all excited, then a few hours later got a "customer returned to warehouse and refunded" message. When I phoned they said that the item had been "damaged" in transit so returned. Thing is, loads of other people got the exact same emails, so either there was one very careless warehouse person, or they wanted to get around selling these items using the codes.

Just saying, if it's something you *really* want, don't overuse the same code. If it says use once, then only use it once as there's a good chance they will just cancel on you.

I managed to use the 20% code on Monday before they pulled it (& free delivery) & ordered three lovely summer tops from the sale "to put away for next year". They came yesterday & its been so warm I have been able to show them off, very pleased!

When i tried on monday morning i got through as far as the payment verification page and the site crashed.
Phoned and the lady said she'd take the order over the phone, when i gave her the 20% off code she said it had expired and refused to take it so i cancelled my order.
