Need a second job

Hi, I need some ideas please. My partner works long hours, including weekends, and I have two small children. I work a full time job too and the money we are left with each month is just a few pounds. My partner already has a second job and I need to find a second job that I can do from home in the evenings or at the weekends. I am unable to find one outside the home due to my partners irregular hours.

We are desperate for the money and I am not opposed to any type of work (within reason!!!) - we just need an extra bit of income. We just can't afford to fork out money on the home work programmes where you need initial outlay.

Can anyone give me any ideas please? I'm not fussy, just don't know where to start.

Thanks xx

Without sounding too smart have a you have a look in the local job centre?

Or something part time like Kleeneze or betteware. My sister does betterware and makes £100 per week. But she does work her little butt off for it

  • Yup, thanks for that but I have tried the jobcentre. I did think of something like Bettaware except I have 2 small children and couldn't take them around the streets at night to deliver catalogues, orders etc. I used to do Avon but that is the reason I had to stop.

I also have no babysitter that I can use for a couple of hours a week to do this which is why whatever I do has to be something I can do completely at home.
  • sorry, that sounded very sarcastic - not how it was meant at all!
