scrubbed round the sink with the toothbrush and gotten off all the yucky stuff!

i didnt get the repeat prescription coz they were closed apparently. there was a woman stood in front of me telling me that the staff "arent really in we are just here to check in patients" ?!? if you are in work you are in work. if the health centre is closed no staff should be there! i have to call tomorrow now. how insane is that?!0 -

A busy old day, managed a tidy around, a bit of laundry and a food shop (sticking to the list really reduced the cost of the shop).
Heavy day for being a Mum
DS1 has gf issues (not sure what as he is very private but maybe unrequited love) so has gone on the train to visit the young lady after I'd started cooking a roast for the kids tea (because I'm cooking something special for DH an I and didn't want them to feel left out)
DS2 we are battling through some coursework. Just tweaking the language and punctuation the content is very good
DS3 did not make it into the county cricket team (it is for U10 bless) and is not too happy.
Also keep being accosted by parents at the primary who have realised I'm a governor at the secondary after seeing me there at open evening. I'm happy to help them it is just unusual to have so many people I don't know that well coming up and chatting to me.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Hi Angel - I hope your well... i miss you on here. Hope you are looking after yourself and having some lovely times...
I am coming back up there, but the scottish award bods wont contribute to my course as I am considered 'Welsh' - however the Welsh award bods have taken some convincing, but Ive finally found the right association who are happy to pay for me to go to a scottish school... meaning I dont have to pay for myself for college this year.
I was dreading it, but I was just going to put it on my credit card and transfer it over to 0% - but now it looks like I dont have to worry... like everything else in my life, I am sure it wont be that straight forward, but heres hoping!! Just in case, im keeping my 0% card at the ready... *rolleyes smilie*
Much love to you hun xxSometimes lurking, sometimes posting, but always flying

Not sure if anyone else has any experience, but I had a look at doing this too, and the prices they were offering were really really bad! Some were as little as 69p for newish albums...
Youd get more on ebay or amazon if that helps. :money:Sometimes lurking, sometimes posting, but always flying

Thanks Toots - if I do one extra this week it needs to be this one.
Valli Happy Birthday
Dusty - Happy Anniversary to you both
I finshed the ironing just after 10pm last night and then gave up - still need to hoover and tidy the Snug.
DW emptied and filled, cake bakled for training day tomorrow. Chilli fed to teenager, still waiting to see if he survives.
