Hi
My husband and I have a combined income of 99,990 per year. I am 38 my husband is 46.
Our current house is worth about 180,000 with a mortgae of 138,000 on it.
We are looking to move but know the housing market for selling is not strong, we would rather not rely on selling our existing house to be able to buy another so have a couple of questions if anyone can help:
Given our current mortgage would we be able to get another on top and if so how much ?
Any suggestions for lenders who are understanding in this type of thing ?
Thanks
