Going bankcrupt in morning! I am fillin out my outgoings but it is nothing like the SOA that is filled in on this forum? Im just a little confused! does the soa be completed with the OR just thought this would be in the bankcruptcy forms?

Fill it out the best you can. Use the Other essential payments box to add anything that is missing.
Or add your own fully itemised SOA in s13 or added to the forms.
