Natwest mortgages reduced

I recently came to an end of my fixed year mortgage term with Natest, am now on SVR of 4.5% (4% above BR). I have 75% LTV with £98000 remaining.

I have been watching their fixed and tracker products closely for the past few months wondering whether to get a new product.

This weekend they have reduced their products. 2 Year fixed @ 2.99% £499 product fee. 5 Year Fixed @ 3.99% £499 product fee, or 2 Year tracker at 2.69% £799 fee.

I'm self employed and when re-mortgaging with Nat West I don't have to go through the rigmarole of supplying accounts again as I would if I changed lender, so I'm sticking with them.

Is now the best time to fix? Or are they likely to drop further?
