Because this one has a minimum pressure requirement of 0.1 Bar it needs a header tank only about 1 metre above it to work.

The Lidl one is probably 0.5 Bar so would need a tank approximately 5 metres above or better still a pump.

I bought two of these last year (one to use and one spare!), quality isn't as good as the more expensive items, but not bad for the money.
