Do you have legal expenses insurance on your Home (contents or buildings) Insurance?
If you do and they think you have a case then not only would they cover the costs but would provide representation as well.0 -

The only cases in which I have seen costs awarded by a tribunal against a claimant have been were the claimant refused to hear the heavy hints. It is always unrepresented clients who are at risk - whilst having a lawyer makes no difference at all in this matter, the fact is that few lawyers would take a case with no merit, and if the judge drops them heavy hints they will always use a brick to get through to their client. What is going on here? That is just a direct cut and paste of SarEl's post a few posts up. Another of his recent posts is a complete c & p from a US site also. Are we being spammed or infiltrated with virusses, or do we just have a new board idiot to compete with Milkshock? Reported anyway.0
