I got an email today cancelling my order :

The following items in your order have been cancelled:

· BT Basic Headset Price £0.00 inc. VAT each - Cancelled

The BT Basic Headset is only available free to customers who ordered Broadband from BT before January 31st 2005 and who registered for BT Communicator with Yahoo! Messenger before 28th February 2005.

If you have recently ordered Broadband from BT and registered for BT Communicator with Yahoo! Messenger, please call the BT Communicator Helpdesk. You will be asked to complete our standard security questions and will be issued with a unique voucher code for redemption at the BT Shop.

Customers who have found the promotion code for any other source are not eligible for this offer.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I received a confirmation email, but nothing further, In my opinion its not worth chasing up as I don't have the "original" email offering this product. But thanks anyway for posting this one.

i didn`t get mine and i`m a btbroadband customer,not got a email either.
but thks all the same it was worth a try !!
