    Mine turned up yesterday after 2 weeks, and my 50p refund also went into my account the same day after 2 emails and 2 weeks. I guess they have just had lots of orders to deal with ect.

    Mine has been 17 days now! Does anyone have an email so I can email them today if they don't arrive, as I ordered 3 times (when their website was being weird) and they asked me if I wanted to cancel 2, which I did...
