Hi,
jings I wouldn't pay that for a tin of soup.
Did you know that with a wee bit of effort you can make a big pot of soup rather cheaply?0 -

Hi,Feel free to post a quick & easy recipe for Scotch Broth and I'll be very pleased!
don't think you would enjoy my recipe, as I don't add meat, or stock, I tend to just add herbs and spices, don't use salt either, I'm only making it for myself, so have my own taste.
Here's a recipe you could try.
Oh, and I don't add salt when boiling potatoes either.0 -

I like Campbells's Red Lentil and vegetable soup. Celebrate, Heinz soups are fine. My grandchildren like the tomato (not the one with basil) and the vegetable soup. Not as cheap as making it yourself but very handy.0

Hi,why not?

salt batters up your blood pressure, I don't use salt at all, there is enough salt already in bought food, even in bread, actually, I've stopped buying bread now.
If you are used with salt just try cutting down a bit at a time, and eventually you will not notice the difference, and be salt free.0 -
