Remortgage query

Hi there, I'm looking at remortgaging and moving to a new lender. Currenlty we have two products with our existing lender and I'm keen to keep two products with a new lender one has 10 years left to pay and the other 22, most companies I've spoken to so far say I can't have this set up - does anyone else have any experience of this, basically I want to pay off the 10 year one with over payments hence the reluctance to give it up. Cheers Paul.

Shouldn't be a problem, Is suspect you are going direct and speaking to the "advisors"? most brokers should be abale to arrange this for you.I am a mortgage adviser. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
