normally means the item is not on file and they won't sell you it, have found a few of these at my local (items that we're scanning cheap at other stores ) however was told by a helpful member of staff that someone at the store can check all last prices of an item (stock checker? he gave me a name but can't remember) and if the last known price was cheap then you will get it for that cheap price, haven't tested that theory yet but worth a try i suppose
