hi there was nothing on my list!! i took some of the items to the direct counter as the self scan was broken and they were all coming up full price

i picked up a baby born doll for dd which was in the half price section (they already had it all set up) it had a sticker £20 instead of £40.

it wasnt till i got home and checked the receipt that i noticed it went through at £4!!!! i couldnt believe it, if id known i would have grabbed loads as i know lots of people on here are after dolls, sorry!

im still looking for hm armed forces figures/dolls if anyone finds any cheap on their travels x

Keep strong, keep calm, icey almost - when they are giving you their drivel and they stop talking just keep silent and looking at them for a good 10 seconds and then speak (kind of aloof and like you can't quite believe what they said) - find this works a treat if CS are being difficult. Saving Jane this happened me with iggle piggle - the sales assistant told me to go to toy shelf pick up said item and bring to customer service! hth - I got full refund !

This sadens me ! I thought about you all night hoping you'd get something! Im lucky that I was able to go get to the shops but I had to raid all my savings out CU to go shopping as its not pay day until Monday! I have not much left and have promised to look for a few items on electrical thread so need to keep it - but i'll be going on the rampage on Monday to see what left and I promise if I get anything on the cheap i'll be thinking of you ! So sorry it wasn't the trip you'd hoped for but at least 90% of a doll is not bad !
