  • which winnie the pooh set did you want SavingJane? I picked one up at the weekend that was down to £1.70, I think it was a bridge on the front? I would go and check but my present cupboard is in the toddlers bedroom! Will see if I can find the receipt.

I checked some prices in my local Tesco today but it was all normal prices. I was hoping to find a matching £2 upsy daisy to go with my £2 iggle piggle but no joy.

Sorry if it has been asked before but are all this bargains in extra stores? I picked mine up in the homeplus but its a bit of a trek to get to.

Ohhhh yes it's the 1 with the bridge on the front, was £1 in some stores but £1.70 in others.....won't get over excited till you can confirm in morning.

I would be EVER so greatful if it is and its a spare you can offer me.

I can't even find the box let alone it at a cheap price lol

    THANK YOU

  • 3 of the tesco's near me dont have a self-scan how is everyone else checking prices?

I take a trolley load to a manned till and ask the SA to price check everything for me, I just say the toys are all over and im struggling to locate prices. I havent had a problem as I put everything back that I dont want. Although i do tend to go 1st thing or late evening when it's quiet and any decent SA would be happy to be seen to be doing something than nothing.

If you take something to a self serve and it's over £10 or tagged, a supervisor has to be called to void the transaction, so easier to go manned.
:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
:T than themselves - you know who you are!

Just using the self scan in our store (they're usually to be found on a big pillar in the centre of an aisle) or you could just go through the self service till then you can cancel the item if it's still full price....or ask a friendly looking SA to scan it for you perhaps? Says me, the complete coward at anything like this!!
  • Desperately seeking a baby annabell or Disney princess things, could swap for iggle piggle and fisher price animal parade or pay and cover postage! Many thanks x

If anyone has a hello kitty pillow spare, I would be most grateful. I have nothing left to swap as I've already arranged to help a few people out.

I would pay all expenses. :-)

saw these in my local store today but didt scan them as decided my dd didnt need one - i will be back in store tomorrow and will check however dont hold your breath as many things in my store have not been reduced!!! what is the RRP and what have they been scanning at???
  • Was someone looking for a Paper Jamz amp? Sure I read it but now can't find it. They were scanning at £1.50.
