Most stuff comes in off the wagon and straight onto the shop floor, with only the excess going in the warehouse.
If there's space out the back, thats great, means they can take items of the shop floor to put in the warehouse whilst the sale is on.
(can you tell im desperate for a decent toy sale) Sainsburys is due one in october!
My feet are throbbing, I'm not sure i can keep this bargaining up :rotfl:0 -
Dont worry the sainsburys sale is online, so expect a few sleepless nights refreshing instead.
I spent 7 fruitless hours in tesco yesterday. (although I did get a barbie car)
I may do another tesco tour tommorrow, just incase my local stores have been dragged into the 21st century yet.
I prefer getting reduced toys, or DTD as ''free'' stuff like jellies costs me money to disguise the glitch.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
:T than themselves - you know who you are!:T0 -
I have only just got back from my biggest tesco mission ever. We've been to S&ndhurst, W+kingham and R£ading this evening. My feet are aching like mad.
Was worth it though!
I've just been catching up with all the posts and I'm not sure about there being another sale this weekend. Staff at R£ading were saying that the warehouse was empty, that they'd never had this much space 'out the back' lol
I visited 3 strores today too - not just the warehouse that's 'spaced out'!:beer:0 -

Well - in that case, I think I'll manage the sainsburys sale :T
I got dtd on the barbie school set this evening, one of the 12.50 sticker ones. I also got loads of the toys that I can now cross off my list, so a productive evening. If only that alarm wasn't due to beep at me at 7
I would use my new bargain lumie bodyclock, but its broken inside the box, so that has to go back :rotfl:0 -

Updated Swapsies!
I have a few Iggle Piggles,
Several sets of Zhu Zhu baby hamster clothes (2 in a pack)
All 8 types of Zhu Force warrior outfits
I also have one of the Fisher Price Animal Parade sets (quite heavy - so bear this in mind for postage)
Barbie School set
Pm me if you have anything to swap! I already have the Barbie car and school lol.
I would love a POLLY POCKET BOAT!!! Lego, Thomas, Disney etc - or an age six wetsuit (ideally blue but pink would be fine) - not as bizarre as it sounds, as they are in the clearance area at Tescos along with the other stuff! The wetsuits are scaning at £6.50.
Happy to swap or part ex etc.
