How Long Does It Take Gamestation ??

hi I'm new to this forum i didnt know anywhere else to put this but does anyboday know how long it takes gamestation online to deliver. i had bought an xbox 360 and i have been waiting for a week and 3 days now could anybody help as i have tried phoning the number given on thei site but nobody picks up and they have not replied my e-mails also my order info has been "processing" on the site since i ordered

can anyone help ???????

    I've had exactly the same problem with them twice - most recently bought a game from them at the beginning of December, waited two weeks and heard nothing then sent them a chase-up email only to be told then eventually (after my prompting) that it was out of stock. Terrible customer service, I'll never buy anything from them again.
  • Arrrh ... this sounds very much the same as me.

    Did an order for as DS Lite, 2 games and silly utliity pack for a sensible price added with delivery. Ordered Day 1 (all showing in stock on screen), Day 4 still processing!, Day 6 rang up (30mins in queue - nice xmas message!) woops all a mistake will rush it though should get it on Day 9!. Day 7 very poor e-mail saying sorry can not process no reason call this number or try in store.

    Tried to ring 25mins - gave up - rang the stores - don't match on line prices from their own website and anyway was out of stock of mario!.

    So went to Amazon delivered within 2 days and worked out few quid cheaper.

    Come on Gamestation -can't you do better!!!!!!!!!
    Me i'm always after a good deal.. :rotfl:

    so should i phone up the locAl store and ask for the main office and then complain or wht do u think i will actually get my xbox 360 my brothers getting really restless now it was supposed to be for his birthday. im really angry with them and i don't think i will ever order from there again.
