Not many PDL's will listen to payplan. i had 8 loans, and set payment plans myself.....
go to www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk click into debt and there is a forum for PDL's.
There is peoplethere that will talk you through the process, and who to contact by which method. come companies are easier to deal with than others, some will try and bully every £ out of you.
