Have you got any gelatine?
Cant think of anything else that would work, although you could try adding something like icing sugar to make it thicker?
Sorry, not much help am I?!0 -
Is this like a custardy mousse?
If so, you can use beaten egg yolks. Pour the warm milk solution onto the egg yolks beating all the time. You might find you need two if you have considerably more than a pint of fluid.
If it is a gelatine type mousse then I am not sure the egg yolks will work although if you have a milk based product, in theory it should.0 -
Cornflour and a bit of sugar?I have plenty of willpower - it's won't power I need.

It did, I added gelatine and it seemed to do the job. And it tasted fine, just a bit like chocolate jelly.0
