Pure Profile account disabled?

Hi all,

I got an email from pure profile with an invite to partake in a survey, I clicked the link and tried to log in with my usual email addy, but it says account has been disabled? I used the contact us link to email and ask why (may be because I haven't used their site in a while) but I got an email in my inbox saying that email I sent to contact them had failed to send!
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

csnewsite@pureprofile.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
The account (my email addy) is disabled.

I'm confused! I don't know how much I had in my pure profile account but I'm pretty :mad: about this as I've had no emails about closure of my account nor have I requested them to delete my account!

Any advice or shared experiences?

  • thanks for the reply unfortunately I can't even get to that part as it asks me to log in and that only leads to;

    "The email address already exists as a closed account"

    :(

    I think that the site has recently been changed/upgraded.I have copied this link from my account which I accessed today & was able to log in.There is a contact us button at the bottom of the page to the left hand side.There doesn't seem to be an e.mail address showing anyhere on the site so hopefully you can contact them this way.

  • thank you to silverfairy & libra10 for your replies, just emailed again - checked my email account and there was a reply from customer service from the email that said it didnt send earlier (head scratcher right!!!) am now logged back in and back on the surveys! woo hoo!
