A 52 week worker only works 46.4 weeks if they get statutory holidays.
The easy way to look at it is if the worker did 2 6 month(26weeks) by your caclulation they would have 2 lots of 1/2 of 5.6 so 5.6 weeks but then no time to take it because they work 52 weeks to earn 5.6.
 Your clients are getting underpaid.

12.07% for variable hours statutory holidays also supporst the calculation,
 39.0*0.1207=4.71 weeks.
 46.4*0.1207=5.60 weeks
This is simple basic arithmatic for prorata statutory holidays.
If you work for 46.4 weeks you get 5.6 weeks holiday
you prorata on 46.4 weeks not 520

Anyone have a clue how term time only casuals holidays can be calculated? It's 38 weeks working plus 5.5 weeks paid.
