Tesco top ups - Tesco Clubcard

Not sure if this has been posted about before. I have been looking at the Tesco Clubcard website and there is a section about top ups. Apparently you can pay extra starting from 50p each time you shop. This money becomes a Christmas saver. The Christmas saver money is sent to you as vouchers and if you have over £100 saved you receive £6.00 extra in vouchers. It seems to me that anyone who does their main shop for Christmas in Tesco would find that if they put £100 on this month or next would receive 6% on £100, without it needing to be in for long. In fact if you timed it right, you would have less than a month of your money being tied up if you regularly spend a lot at Tesco.

Be careful though you get the £6 no matter how much you put in over £100 not 6%.

It's only £3 on amounts between £50 and £100.
