PPI Question - Can Anyone Help?

Hi everyone,
I watched Martin in action on Friday night with regards to the ppi on loans.
I am currently with the CCCS and after watching the prog, had a look at my loan contracts and noticed that i had ppi with HSBC and Halifax. The HSBC one is for over £700, but i couldn't find a total for the Halifax one.
Seeing as my debts are now with the CCCS can i get Halifax & HSBC to take the ppi totals off seeing as im not insured?? Or is it to late etc??
