A no win no fee company i used failed to reclaim ppi on my bhalf.I did n got refund through ombudsman.Now they want i share and i said no.They have instructed a law firm to take me to court etc and i am counter suing.then i received i letter from them informing me that a judgement has been entered against me and if i do not pay the 600 odd within a month the record wwill remain in my credit file for 6 yrs. i phoned the court only to be told that the case has not been held pheew. It is legal what they did? because that in my book is tacktical bullying...
