How to handle Fredricksin international limited

I am jessica. last week I got letter from FREDRICKSON International limited. The letter stated that " They traced my address so now they got my adress details and saying that I have debts to clear. To discuss about my debts. They ask me to call back them. Other wise they will take action on me".

But what my question I taken so many contracts and loans and also I done online shpooing in the last year. But unfortunately sudenly I lossed my job. Now I am unemployed. So becasue of my unemeployement I stopped paing my debts. So for one year with including interest debts became very high amount. Now fredrickson people traced me. They are sending letters to me. But I have no idea how they traced address.

Now I am worrying about the fredrickson people becuase I am uneployed now I cant even pay 100pounds per month. So I dont know what I have to now.

So please anyone give me sugggessions how can I get rid of from this situation. I dont want to get in to any cases and courts. Can you guys please advice how to handle my this scariest situation.

I am really too worrying baou this situation.Please please guys help me.

I would ignore Fedricksons , an obnoxious DCA.
Only communicate inwriting not verbally.
You can contact National Debt line or Cab or Cccs.
The CAG forum is also very useful, and IMO You will find more help there than on this forum.
