Had big problem with my frayling leather suite from them after another replacement which was dropped and the frame bent on my recliner the first chai frame collapsed after 6 weeks !!
they eventually gave me my money back after 12 months with a lot of purswasion !!!!
think you have to be careful some are seconds
the quality of the leather was crap in the end I was too scared to clean it as top coat colour coming off when using wet wipes should have brought the same suite which was locally for £300 more totally different quality ???
this was 2 years ago and the suite before that was from trago and fantastic only paid £600 !!!!
