OK, about to finally place my 1st order with Mr T online (been at it all day & still a few probs with their website ....).

I have an introductory £10 off £50 spend and am sitting at £50.13.

I have quite a few offers (BOGOF, xx number for £xx etc).

Some products I don't mind substituted & others (such as cat food) I def don't.

2 questions ...

  • Are the drivers happy while you check the delivery?
  • If there are substitutions or items they haven't got (which I didn't want substituted) and the total falls below £50 - will I lose my £10 off?

TIA

Vet Fund: £410.93 / £1,000

  • Yeah, they are kinda sneaky like that!
I had the same deal, and ordered just above the 50 pound mark.
It was not till after wards that the site told me that they did not have any tins of bamboo shoots so that had taken me down.
Had I been told earlier I would have canceled.

  • Thedriver will hand you your receipt just before the items come in on the 1st page will give you a list of substitutions which if you dont want just hand back to driver it will also give you a list of short dated items which might have a display date withina a day or 2 again just hand back to the driver

I am not sure if they will still honour the £10 off if you go below £50 unfortunately my shopping is never that low:(
