ive ordered from them in the past and had no problems. i ordered a xmas decoration last wk, but it was broken. they arranged collection and re-delivery straight away.

i love their personalised stuff, ordered my son some dinosaur pjs and santa stop here signs

I placed an order for my 6 yr old GS xmas pressie, item was intock when I placed it in my basket, carried on with the order and now on checking order tracking states "waiting for supplier" delivery estimated 21 October, yet if I check the product online its still saying in stock!! So not happy.
