Cheap halloween costumes morrisons

Not sure if this is nationwide or local. I went to Morrisons in Cardiff Bay today and picked up a halloween witch costume with a well made witches hat for £2.98 (reduced from £12.00) and a feather boa for £1.25. There were lots of reduced halloween costumes and bits and pieces, which I guess are last years stock.
